Cyndy Finnigan, who wrote these poems and Amy, who illustrated them share a love for the simple things in life – like being home with children at play.

This cookbook by Cyndy Finnigan has good recipes and my simple illustrations. I like the clearness of the colors and am especially pleased with how my illustrations turned out in this book.

I currently have one of those wonderful dogs (Violet) that is a delight to own. In the book, our previous Boston Terrior (Rags) acts much like a young child who’s life includes scenes of Mariemont and Terrace Park as well as other areas on Cincinnati.
